Elaine brings over 20 years business experience to the business challenge – 12 years in the Financial Services Industry and nine as a successful business owner and management consultant, working with a diverse range of clients within the Public, Semi-Private and Private Sectors. Elaine’s business experience and core competence is centred on thought leadership, business strategy creation and execution, leader and team leadership development and action-learning enabled change and improvement.
As an experienced business improvement facilitator, coach and thought leader, Elaine has worked with a variety of senior teams to deliver real business change and process improvements within their respective businesses. Elaine’s thought leadership, business facilitation and coaching work enables business leaders to find their leadership voice, exercise their leadership remit in dynamic business settings and improve their strategic thinking and actions on critical business related issues.
Elaine is an honours MBA graduate from Trinity College Dublin where she was awarded the John Good prize for ‘Student of the Year’, the Trinity Business Alumni ‘Team Prize for Best Company Project’ and the Guinness / IMI ‘Sir Charles Harvey Award’. She is an honours business graduate from University College Dublin and is an experienced and certified user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Thomas International Profiling Tool.
